Ramen-Higuma
The other day, I went to "Ramen Higuma" to eat ramen. The ramen shop is located in Nagaoka city, Niigata. I happened to find the ramen shop, so I was lacky.
The soup of ramen is based on ginger and soy sauce and it was a little sour. Also, I heard that Nagaoka is famous for its ginger soy sauce ramen.
This ramen is my favorite ramen in the world, so I want you to eat it if you have a oppotunity to go to Nagaoka. I would also like to know your ramen recommendations.
